Doymenj

Doymenj (Azerbaijani: döymənc) or doymaj (Azerbaijani: döyməc) is a snack food of Azerbaijan, made of crushed cherries with herbs and salt. It is common in the northwestern zone of Azerbaijan (Gabala, Shaki, etc.).
