Smolanka [smɔˈlanka] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sępopol, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) west of Sępopol, 13 km (8 mi) east of Bartoszyce, and 63 km (39 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
