The 2025 edition will be held in the United States, not China. This is an extremely unlikely title to be looked up. The result of the discussion was agreement to retarget. There is consensus to retarget to WP:Wikipedia is not a soapbox or means of promotion. The editor doing the retarget would need to sort through the incoming links and determine whether they are referring to WP:SPAM or WP:PROMO. And also hatnote to WP:SPAM from the new target.
