Nizam Rawther [1](born 30 September 1974) is an Indian scriptwriter  and documentary filmmaker who works in Malayalam cinema. He is known for films like Zachariayude Garbhinikal, oru bharatha sarkkar ulpannam, and Bombay Mittayi and Radio (2013 film)[2], Oru Bharatha Sarkar Ulppannam[3][4]Zachariayude Garbhinikal won 4 awards from the 44th Kerala State Film Awards for bagged Best Actor,  Best Story, and Special Jury Award for Best Director, and Sanusha won Special Jury Mention for her performance as Zaira.

Early life

Nizam was born at Athikattukulangara, which is in Alappuzha district, to Meera Sahib and Mazooda Ammal on September 30th, 1974. He studied at GHS Payyanallur and got a pre-degree from MSM College Kayamkulam and a degree at St. Aloysius College Manglur.
