Dubious[edit]

I higly doubt that the party still exist. I don't believe that the "official homepage" really is an official platform of the party. Also I don't agree with "Secularism" as an ideology of the party, because National Reconciliation included that they should mix Islam into Afghan politics. --153.110.194.139 (talk) 07:38, 24 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There are many ex-PDPA organizations, more than one using the name Watan Party. I have arbitrarily delimited the article to the faction led by Md. Issa Jassur. --Soman (talk) 09:18, 24 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
