Keep updating referees, starting eleven, substitutions and disciplinary points

It's necessary to have some sort of dedicated staffs to do these things in this tournament. We can't let this neglected. AFC Asian Cup is not as popular as Copa America or UEFA European Championship but that doesn't mean we are allowed to be lazy. No one can do this alone, even I, so helps are needed. Thanks.
