To where or what do the Viscountcy of Northland and the Barony of Welles refer? Their territorial designations suggest they're not Irish places (otherwise they would most likely be named therein), but there don't seem to be any obvious candidates as to where else they could be. While I would assume it must be somewhere in Renfrewshire I suppose Wells is possible as it's variously called Welle & Welles in times past. Alci12 17:18, 8 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
