Talk:Early Admissions Scheme (Hong Kong)
This article is rated Start-class on Wikipedia's content assessment scale. It is of interest to the following WikiProjects: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

This article is written in Hong Kong English, which has its own spelling conventions (colour, realise, travelled) and some terms that are used in it may be different or absent from other varieties of English. According to the relevant style guide, this should not be changed without broad consensus. |
"Moreover, students who attempt to strive for success in the HKALE will generally suffer from a 2-year physiological process of being extremely fatigued which leads to symptoms including dull and pale faces and highly inflexible body structure, especially in diarthrosis joints) while those following the EAS "shortcut" possess sun-shine spirits and being energetic, and have memories of their former secondary school classmates lost - meaning an act of being indifferent or possessing a dismissive attitude, walking with confidence and occasionally with their girl friends, or proudly introducing their joyful university life to their old classmates."
Is THIS even true? Sounds awful lot like a joke to me. I propose to remove it.
> It is true. Have you ever studied AL before?
Rename?
[edit]Should this article be renamed to indicate it refer to the version specifically in Hong Kong? Other places use Early Admissions systems and some of them may refer to them as schemes. RJFJR 16:14, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
Why is neutrality disputed?
[edit]This article has a neutrality disputed tag. There's nothing ehre about why. Does anyone see anything epecially unbalanced or recognize why the tag should remain? RJFJR 16:16, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
- Seems to be a victim of drive-by-tagging. I changed the tag into POV-check, but feel free to remove that one too, if you think that there's nothing wrong with the article. If the original tagger can give a motivation, this would be a good place for it. --PeR 17:55, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
Neutrality
[edit]The problem may be solved by adding clear heading to each paragraphs. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.149.32.57 (talk) 04:43, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
Too much criticism?
[edit]I feel like there are too much criticism in the article...Even after I added the part "The Scheme" in it, criticism still occupies half of the article(which means that before I added th part, other than the introduction it is all criticism). I wonder if someone is able to add some good points or in any ways that make the proportion of criticism becomes less? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Simon1223hk (talk • contribs) 17:54, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
Wrong Name
[edit]The correct name of the scheme is Early Admissions Scheme, with a 's' after the word admission. How can I change the title of the article? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Simon1223hk (talk • contribs) 16:39, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
