Radical Seminary

[edit]

On page 23 of "The Undermining of the Catholic Church" Mary Martinez refers to the two years Eugenio Pacelli, the future Pius XII, spent at the Caparnica completing his education, (as a day student.) He was sent there by Cardinal Rampolla, whose secretary he would become.

Interesting that Pius XII chose as his Secretary of State Luigi Cardinal Maglione, another Capranica alumnus, whose coat of arms, according to this Wikipedia article, features the arm and hammer motif which is also the emblem of the Socialist Labor Party of America. Coats of Arms

[edit]

While very pretty, do over forty coats of arms really add anything to this page? Wouldn't they not be better on the pages of the respective prelates? Mannanan51 (talk) 20:30, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
