Sentence on European Self-Sovereign Identity Framework needs clarification[edit]

The 'Usage' section has the sentence

Decentralized identifiers are used bij the European Union in their effort to create an eIDAS compatible European Self-Sovereign Identity Framework.

While base58 is relevant to decentralised identifiers, this doesn't actually assert this framework will use base58 and it is not sourced. Can we fix or delete it? — Charles Stewart (talk) 08:42, 27 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
