http://www.outsourcing-russia.com/ - is not a commercial link

First of all it's not a site of IT-solutions provider. It's informational portal that is devoted to software outsourcing services in Russia. It has a wide range of different useful documents, such as market surveys, articles, and so on. The portal is intended to be an educational source for those who are new in outsourcing.

I'm not a representative of this organization, but to my mind this site fits to this category.

As for outsourcing2india.com, maybe it's a commercial link, i'm not quite sure. I just found this site in Google and quiqly scanned it.

Anyway, the article needs more external links

How can I rename this article to Offshore software R&D?

The section entitled the "Western dilemma" reads like and advertisment for offshore development rather than either analysis or reporting of cases for and against. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 147.114.44.209 (talk) 10:41, 15 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. I thought the same. After adding the section on usability issues I cleaned up some of the grammar, trying not to change the meaning. As a novice editor I hesitated to remove the section.Freddie Threepwood (talk) 09:32, 16 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
