WP:LE tag removal[edit]

I removed the wikiproject Law Enforcement tag because the Nevada Gaming COmmision is not a law enforcement agency, as mucha s it is a regulatory body.EMT1871 02:27, 2 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know a lot about their authority, but I believe that their enforcement officers can make arrests. So that may make them a law enforcement officer. Do you know what the various classes of law enforcement officers in Nevada are, that needs to be included in a state wide article, and does that affect your decision here?
