The French_aviso_Rigault_de_Genouilly is also claimed by HMS_Pandora_(N42) on their respective pages. It can't have been sunk twice, so one of these claims is incorrect. Anyone know which? 164.107.80.208 (talk) 16:37, 22 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Rigault de Genouilly

[edit]

Both the HMS Proteus and HMS Pandora pages claim to have torpedoed and sunk Vichy France' aviso Rigault de Genouilly. 2601:195:C380:1FC0:0:0:0:71E6 (talk) 11:48, 26 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The Pandora's page seems to be correct. Both of the sources this page cites in asserting that it was Proteus instead say it was Pandora; I can't find any that claim it for Proteus. OwlEyes00 (talk) 12:18, 17 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
