History of Impedance Parameters I'd like to see some content about the historical development, and motivation behind their development, of impedance parameters, and also of the other various n-port parameters: S, Y, Z, H, T, etc, on their respective pages. Scattering matrix

The expression for the scattering matrix given here is only true when the characteristic impedances are all real. In general, I believe it should be , where [1]. Enthree (talk) 03:51, 27 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
