Crew Number?

Just looking at some pictures of this tankette, there doesn't seem to be any way 3 people could fit in this, the two hatches and the two machine guns would indicate to me that there are 2 crew, each with their own machine gun, especially since the article says that its based off the Carden Loyd Mk VI which is also a two man, and seems to share very similar dimensions to something like an italian L3?
