Why does this abbreviation go to Latvia? A much more common use, I think, is an initialization for "Low Vision Aide." That's the meaning I was searching for when looking for LVA. I'm new to the process of wikipedia entry modifications, so would I be permitted to change the redirection, or should I attempt to create a disambiguation page?
