Net-Centric Enterprise Services article may need to be expanded to include other responsible defense agencies such as the National Security Agency, the United States Strategic Command and its supporting sub-organizations such as the Joint Task Force for Global Network Operations (JTF-GNO) whose head is the Director of the Defense Information Agency (DISA) and Joint Functional Component Command for Network Warfare (JFCC-NW) whose head is the director of the National Security Agency. These are recent organizational structure changes which have altered responsiblities and are a little confusing. Perhaps somebody with detailed knowledge could help hammer this out. If not, I will take a crack at it sometime soon after making sure my facts are straight.
