Found a bad link[edit]

Reference number 3 links to an external article, but (as of 6/02/14) the URL leads to a 404 error. With a little searching, I found the proper URL for that article. My concern is that I'm a newly registered user and haven't done any editing here, although I have read the Plain and Simple guide page.
