I propose to merge American chestnut moth into Zimmermannia bosquella. With the publication of this paper (link here), Ectoedemia castaneae is now considered a junior synonym of Zimmermannia bosquella. As American chestnut moth (Ectoedemia castaneae) was considered to be extinct, this becomes a case of bringing a taxon back from the dead. Loopy30 (talk) 02:16, 27 April 2021 (UTC)
