Kab Hoi Gawna Hamar is a 2005 Indian Bhojpuri-language film produced by Deepa Narayan and directed by Anand D. Ghatraj. Kab Hoi Gawna Hamar won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Bhojpuri in 2005.[1] This film is based on family drama that harkens back to traditional values and modern day sensibilities.[2][3]
It is the first Bhojpuri film which has won the national film award and also the first film to come from Bihari cinema which won the national award.[citation needed]
