Rajan Jayaprakash
Rajan Jayaprakash (R N Jaya Prakash) (born 1964) is an industrialist, educationist, sports enthusiast[1], and philanthropist[2]. With over three decades of experience in business leadership, he has established himself as an entrepreneur, actively contributing to the growth and expansion of various strategic business organizations. Rajan Jayaprakash is the Founder of the Agni groups[3], showcasing diverse interests in logistics, realty (construction and property development), mining, and the education sector.
Early Life
Born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Rajan Jayaprakash pursued his higher education, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Secretaryship from Madras Presidency College, Chennai, India.
Career
Rajan Jayaprakash commenced his career at Cannon before transitioning to entrepreneurship
Agni Estates
He started Agni Estates in 1992, focusing on building residential apartments, independent and semi-independent houses, and commercial complexes.
Agni College of Technology - ACT
In 2001, he established Agni College of Technology (ACT)[4] with a vision to provide quality education.
Fourth Force
In response to a rise in criminal incidents involving gig workers, Rajan Jayaprakash established Fourth Force, a Chennai-based background verification company[5]. The objective was to improve customer safety, enhance accountability, and strengthen credibility within aggregator services.
Sports Development

Turtle Swim School
Founded by Rajan Jayaprakash to address the shortage of swimming infrastructure in Chennai, Turtle Swim School is dedicated to provide training for aspiring swimmers. In his role as President, his main objective is to equip swimmers with the skills and commitment necessary for competitive success.
Since 2008, Turtles Swim has consistently earned recognition as state champions[6]. Over the span of 11 years, the school has accumulated a track record with over 4000 medals at various levels, including district, state, national, and international.

Politics
Inspired by India’s Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi's leadership, Ranjan Jayaprakash joined Bharatiya Janata Party to contribute to the nation’s growth.
