This whole entry is pitifully lacking details in every area. Also, just because the school has been listed in the U.S. News & World Report's Best High School Ranking list doesn't mean anything. That list is the "top" 3,000 high schools --- go to the website and see where Cortez ranks. Believe me, it's not impressive. The mention if the list is just an ego thing and after a point, so far down the list doesn't mean anything. It's like a person's graduation ranking of 400 --- out of a class of 400.
