- The best approach is to follow Wikipedia:Paid-contribution_disclosure#Reporting_undisclosed_paid_editors and send the evidence via the email address listed there. - In your UTRS request, you indicated you planned to write about a subject for which you were directly involved. I can't go into great detail as UTRS requests are private. - Your claim is bizarre but indeed seems to be accurate. This particular UTRS request didn't seem to be anything unusual, it's hard to understand why someone would have faked it.
