Per WP:MUG. Chrystul Kizer case is about a rape survivor who killed her (alleged) rapist and is now on trial for murder. She has not been convicted. This mugshot was used as the lead image (I just removed it from the article). Irrespective of copyright/fair use, we should not display her mugshot in an article per WP:MUG, so there is no reason to have this file. Compare Wikipedia:Files for discussion/2020 June 4#File:Derek Chauvin.jpg - we deleted Derek Chauvin's mugshot (prior to his conviction). Levivich (talk) 04:30, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

  • We don't typically allow for non-free images of living people because there is still the possibility of a free image being created, so by itself I think that qualifies this for deletion as NFCC #1 is not met. So delete. nableezy - 19:30, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Dubious claim of own work as a larger version could be found on Tripadvisor [1] prior to the upload to Wikipedia. Ixfd64 (talk) 06:29, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I'm glad to see that even the closing admin was in too much of a rush to see the keep local tag on this image. Just another example of the lazy incompetent bureaucracy of Wikipedia. - Floydian τ ¢ 17:03, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
