Zzremin has disclaimed a COI but has been focused solely on Egov.Press in what has amounted to a cross wiki promotional campaign. Some of their copyvios have been deleted on Commons and therefore here. Today, this new account begins editing to question the notability tag, which Zz has done extensively. I'm unsure whether this is sock or meat, but there's something iffy going on here. Star Mississippi 02:41, 21 February 2024 (UTC)

- For disclosure, I have temporarily blocked ZZremin for continued non stop disruption and promotion. Hopefully this will resolve while he's blocked as I don't expect a conduct change when the block expires. Star Mississippi 01:32, 23 February 2024 (UTC)

New account creates a draft on the same topic of a just deleted article. NB, a whole mess of IPs were also blocked at the AfD if it helps confirm whether this is the same person or a "friend".
