Package 5 not part of Dwarka Expressway

The proposed tunnel connecting IGI airport with the expressway is AFAIK not part of the expressway project and hence doesn't belong here. See this. I am going to remove it if there's no contention. Ankit2 (talk) 15:27, 21 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
