Long-term and frequent sockpuppeteer who specializes in adding hoaxes and unverified/poorly-sourced info to a wide variety of articles, and/or creating entire hoax articles, often involving the name "Cody Taylor." Has at least 38 confirmed socks since 2019, as of this report (March 2024), with a further 42 suspected socks. Makes some reasonable-seeming but unnecessary edits, often lacking a source, followed by outright false information.
Targeted areas, pages, themes
Varied over the years from sock to sock, but primarily a few areas:
- 2019–2021, 2023: Music and band-related articles (Examples include List of Ozzy Osbourne members, List of the Allman Brothers Band members, Chinese Democracy, Tubbo, the music section of Demonic (2021 film), Poster Girl (album), Genesis (band), hoax articles such as Cody Taylor and Cody Taylor (musician))
- 2021: Russia, Russians, and the Russo-Ukranian War (Russo-Ukranian War, Alberta, Soviet Union)
- 2021–2022: Television, specifically childrens' shows and British networks/presenters (The Friendly Giant, Colin James, 2021–22 United States network television schedule (afternoon), The Magic School Bus (TV series), Barney & the Backyard Gang, The Loud House, Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Kids, Timothy Goes to School, DNA Productions, Television South West, Mike Prince, 1979 ITV strike, hoax articles such as PBS Teens)
- 2021–2023: Minecraft Youtube personalities (CaptainSparklez, Vikkstar123, Dream (YouTuber), List of YouTubers, Markiplier, DanTDM)
- 2023–2024: Ice hockey (2023 NHL Entry Draft, Template:New York Islanders roster, New York Islanders, Calgary Flames, Potential National Hockey League expansion, 2024 Stanley Cup playoffs, Arizona Coyotes, NHL 24, hoax articles such as Cody Taylor (ice hockey), Draft:Houston Aeros (NHL), Nebraska Knight Owls)
Habitual behavior
- Frequently adds a "Cody Taylor" (who one can assume to be himself) to band members, show casts, team rosters, etc, and as of early 2024 seems to have begun adding friends as well. These edits are never backed by reliable sources. He's also attempted to create multiple articles about himself (Cody Taylor, Cody Taylor (musician), Cody Taylor (ice hockey)), which have all been deleted as hoaxes. Often makes grandiose, detailed, and overall false claims about Taylor/himself, such as:
- Claiming to be a cast member of The Loud House.
- Claiming to have been drafted by the New York Islanders, subsequently becoming a team legend.
- Claiming to have purchased the Arizona Coyotes, relocating them to Birmingham, Alabama.
- Usually adds unverified, often outright false information without sources, such as here and here. If sources are added, they're normally of poor quality/reliability, such as Sportskeeda here and Twitter here.
- Has consistently created articles on other hoaxes/nonexistent items, such as Draft:Houston Aeros (NHL) and Nebraska Knight Owls), or the litany of pages questioned at User talk:ProTaylorCraft.
- As of late 2023, has begun to "back" these hoaxes with nonexistent citations; the book provided here literally does not exist, and the links given here, here, and here all return a "404 – Not Found" page.

Usernames are normally two/three stitched-together words with all initially capitalized, such as SpeakingConsequences, SkatingBoy, UntimelyHouse, ContractUsers, etc. Formerly included "Power" in usernames (TaylorManPower, PowerOfGaming, LionsOfPowerInTheSky). Sometimes includes Taylor (ProTaylorCraft, TaylorManPower, Taylorc013). As of April 2024, has also begun using ATV as a prefix (ATVNorth, ATVSouth, ATVEast).
