Definition of Providence Market Wikipedia vs Arbitron/Nielsen

I was wondering, what exactly defines the Providence market? According to Aribtron's final map before merging with Nielsen, the market includes all of Rhode Island and the northern two-thirds of Bristol County, MA. Based on that definition, WCTK and WJFD would not be a part of the market, but WWRX, WMNP, WRNI and WCRI would all be included. Also, there is no real Newport market.
