I feel that a link to Paloalto's MySpace would be relevant here. Wikipedia has taken the time to create a MySpace template, which implies that external links to MySpace are some of the most useful and most frequently used external links. As MySpace pages consist almost entirely of personal userpages and pages for small bands, and I don't think there are many good reasons to link to personal MySpace pages, it seems that Wikipedia is implicitly endorsing links to small bands' MySpace pages. Unless I hear an opposing viewpoint, I am going to re-establish the MySpace link deleted by CoastToCoast. Following that, if the link is deleted without some justification on this talk page, it will be considered an act of vandalism.Dave Runger 22:15, 16 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I deleted the link because it didn't look to me like an official Myspace made by the band. If you search, there's many fake Myspaces for bands. If you can give me proof that it's official, then I have no problem with it being on there. --CoastTOcoast533 23:39, 17 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Similar Artists?

[edit]

Does their need to be a "Similar Artists" section on this page? It doesn't seem encyclopedic in any way. ~2stepMW 9:21, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

No, there doesn't and it's not even specific, that's the most dissimilar group of "similar artists" I've ever seen. MJBoa 05:36, 1 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
