Kohand is a village located in the Karnal district of the Indian state of Haryana.[1] It is situated in the northern part of the state and is part of the Karnal tehsil (administrative division). The village is known for its rural setting and is primarily an agricultural community. Like many villages in Haryana, Kohand has a local governance system known as a Panchayat, which handles the administrative affairs and development activities of the village.
