Yusufu Paul Kimesera (Born October 9, 1994), He is widely recognized by his online alias, Kili Paul. A Tanzanian-born Maasai social media personality, he is best known for his TikTok videos where he lip-syncs and dances to Indian songs. He is the most followed user on TikTok in Tanzania and East Africa, with 6.2 million followers. Kili Paul has garnered a substantial following in Asia, particularly in India, and he showcases his talents primarily on social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.

Early Life

He was born in the village of Mindu Tulieni in the town of Lugoba, located in Tanzania's Coast Region. Both of his parents are Maasai who engages in animal husbandry. Before gaining fame on social media for his content featuring Indian songs and music dancing, Kili Paul focused more on producing content about the daily life of Maasai people and their culture. This type of content was well received, and he often showcased his singing by performing varios types of songs, In 2021, he and his sister, Neema Paul, began attracting many followers with their content involving Indian Songs, promoting him to dedicate more time to this type of content.

One notable figure in India who has openly expressed admiration for Kili Paul and his sister Neema is Narendra Modi[1] the prime Minister of India. During 2023 Independence Day ceremony, he mentioned Kili Paul and Neema Paul, praising their effort in promoting Indian music and culture.
