Does this article offer value?

[edit]

There's nothing special about a "72-hour" contingency in real state. A contingency can be included in a real estate contract for purposes other than those described in this article, and for different lengths. This article seems to have been constructed around a blog post, with any number of articles and references drawing from Wikipedia, but without reliable sourcing for any legal jurisdiction.
