Gerhard Klingenberg, real name Gerhard Schwabenitzky,[1] (11 May 1929 – 18 June 2024)[2][3] was an Austrian actor, theatre director and theater manager.[4]
Career
Klingeberg started his career as film director in East Germany in the late 1950s.[5] He later was director of the Burgtheater, in Vienna, from 1971 until 1976.[6]
Death
Klingenberg died on 18 June 2024 at the age of 95.[2][7]
