Vovchanski Khutory (Ukrainian: Вовчанські Хутори; Russian: Волчанские Хутора) is a village (selo) in Chuhuiv Raion (district) in Kharkiv Oblast of eastern Ukraine, located 61.45 kilometres (38.18 mi) northeast by east (NEbE) of the centre of Kharkiv city. It belongs to Vovchansk urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine.
History
The settlement was founded in 1600.
Russian invasion of Ukraine 2022
The village came under attack by Russian forces during the Russian invasion of Ukraine in June 2024.[2][3]
Demographics
As of the 2001 Ukrainian census, the settlement had 1,340 inhabitants, whose native languages were 93.49% Ukrainian, 6.43% Russian and 0.07% Polish.[1]
