do not add countries unless they have articles. precedent has shown that simply being listed on a foreign affairs website does not guarantee a bilateral article on WP. some may be appropriate for a mention in Foreign relations of Nepal. LibStar (talk) 14:44, 22 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
