Mr. Moses Mhike is the current Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education of Zimbabwe as of 2024. Appointed by the President of the Republic of Zimbabwe in September 2023. Holding and undergraduate and postgraduate in public administrations and management.
Mr. Mhike also served as the Government team leader on the National joint Negotiating Council that negotiated salaries and conditions of service for Public Service
