OverIT, founded in 1999, is an Italy based Field Service Management (FSM),[1]headquartered in Fiume Veneto, Pordenone, Italy.[2][3]

History

OverIT is widely recognized by organizations like Gartner and IDC as a major vendor in the Field Service Management and Field Collaboration software domain, and for GIS (Geographic Information System) expertise.[4]

In the early stages of development, OverIT integrated GIS into Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.[5]

OverIT’s partnership includes Siemens,[6] IBM, Esri, and SAP.[7][1]

In 2021, the company separated from the Engineering Group, becoming an independent entity under the ownership of Bain Capital[8] and NB Renaissance private equity funds.[9][10]

OverIT acquired customers like Edenor and Naturgy.[11]
