Sentro Balita (transl. News Center) is the afternoon newscast on PTV. Originally anchored by former Teledyaryo and News @ 6 anchor Angelique Lazo and PTV News holdover Alex Santos, it premiered on July 10, 2017, replacing PTV News, as part of programming changes brought about by the relaunch of PTV on June 28, 2017. The program airs daily from Monday to Friday at 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm (PST) on PTV and its livestreaming channels. It was simulcast on IBC from March 23, 2020 to July 31, 2020 and from September 12, 2022 to present. Lazo, Aljo Bendijo, Naomi Tiburcio and Niña Corpuz, currently serves as the current anchors. The weekend editions, meanwhile, is currently anchored by Allan Francisco, Cleizl Pardilla, Kenneth Paciente, Louisa Erispe and Mela Lesmoras.
