In advance of Hurricane Lisa, a hurricane warning was issued for the entirety of Belize's coastline, the Bay Islands of Honduras and in Mexico from Chetumal to Puerto Costa Maya. The northern coast of Honduras, the northern coast of Guatemala and the coast of Mexico from Puerto Costa Maya to Punta Allen were placed under tropical storm warnings.[1] These alerts were discontinued by 09:00 UTC on November 3.[2]

Belize

The San Pedro town council closed their offices ahead of Lisa on November 1.[3]
