Binksternet composed a list of anonymous IP that seem to have been used in block evasion by Bilseric at Talk:Nikola_Tesla/Nationality_and_ethnicity#Block_evasion_by_Bilseric:_IPs_from_Croatia. I told them to file an SPI report, but I see nothing was filed yet, so here goes.

Can someone please do a check for WP:SOCK policy violations in this regard, maybe there are sleeper accounts and similar?

I noted 77.71.168.18 above, ISTR this process was never connecting anonymous IPs with accounts, but maybe you can use that information somehow, as that was the latest IP used in the same manner. It's a Maltese IP, and that's not typically a country associated with the WP:ARBMAC topic area. The public proxy checks don't show anything, though.

Note also that we have a vague accusation there against Trimpops2, too. I wouldn't say it's the same person judging by style (though the tenacity sure seems to be suspect).

Note also that Bilseric was mentioned before in Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Asdisis, but seemed like a different person than Asdisis judging by style.
