Songs In A Minor, released June 5, 2001, is the debut album from nu soul singer Alicia Keys. All of its songs are written in A minor.

  • "How Come You Don't Call Me", the album's third single, was a cover of the Prince song of the same name.
  • The final single, "Girlfriend", was released only in Europe and Canada, but not in the United States.
  • "Butterflyz" was not a single, but is notable as being the first song Keys ever wrote, at age 14.
  • The album's second single, "A Woman's Worth", and the massive debut single, "Fallin'", are the album's songs that are most remembered by the general public.
