This image, "Image:Cyberrace cover manual.PNG" is used in the article "CyberRace (computer game)" although it is subject to copyright. I (Bisco) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of a computer game manual cover and does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the game or manual in any way;
2. copies of the picture could not be used to make illegal copies of the cover artwork;
3. the image is significant because it was made by a famous artist, Syd Mead and is used to identify the game in the article above.
