Bleach season 2
The Bleach Soul Society: the Sneak Entry arc is the second story arc of the Bleach anime series. The episodes are directed by Noriyuki Abe and produced by TV Tokyo, Dentsu, and Studio Pierrot. It is based on Tite Kubo's Bleach manga series, and adapts the ninth through fourteenth volumes of its source material over twenty one episodes.
The arc initially ran from March 2005 until July 2005 in Japan on TV Tokyo. The first English airing of the series began February 2007 and is scheduled to end in July 2007. The first six episodes were shown on both YTV's Bionix and Cartoon Network's Adult Swim programming blocks, but the remaining episodes are airing only on Adult Swim. Because of this, the English airdates given for episodes 21 through 26 are their Bionix airdates, as they premiered the episodes before Adult Swim due to timezone differences.
Five pieces of theme music are used for the episodes; two opening themes and three ending themes. The opening theme for the first five episodes is Orange Range's single *~Asterisk~; the rest use D-tecnoLife by UVERworld. The initial ending theme is Thank You!! by Home Made Kazoku, switching at episode 26 to Younha's Hōkiboshi (ほうき星) and again at episode 39 to Happy People by Skoop on Somebody. In addition to the different music used for episodes 26 to 38, each episode features a unique ending sequence highlighting one of the thirteen divisions in the Gotei 13, mainly focusing on the captains and lieutenants of each division.
