I am not sure if this is the place User Hu12 suggests I discuss my addition to the article but since this page is called "My talk" I will give it a shot. Everything that CHICAGO article has at the moment has a "touristy" feel to it: sports, tourism, entertainment sections and the like. There is not much in the article for those who come to LIVE to the city and try to rebuild their life: find a job, start a business or just find friends. There is no mention on how and where to do it. I realise that the link I was trying to add is a blog and blogs are not welcome on Wikipdia but it was the only way to make the site user-friendly: make it possible to upload organizations and events whenever needed and give the opportunity to visitors to comment. The blog doesn't have a commercial value: it provides newcomers with FREE important information on a regular basis (every 5-7 days) on what is happening, where they can turn for help, etc. if they are looking for a job, trying to start their business or looking for friends in Chicago. The organizations DO NOT PAY to be listed on the blog, it's a collection of data that the author digs out from Internet, newspapers, various networks, etc. to make everybody's relocation to Chicago a little bit easier. I believe there is a place for this Chicago Guide on the Chicago city external links.Guide7 (talkcontribs) has made few or no other edits outside this topic. Unfortunatly the external links yousuggest do not comply with our guidelines for External links policy. Your contributions to wikipedia consist mainly of adding external links and is considered WP:Spam. Looking through your contributions as a whole, ALL are related to promoting this site. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. Links do not have to be to a "sales site" to be commercial, nor do links have to be commercial to be spam. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a link farm. Cross wiki spamming has also been observed and reported this case. Mutiple wiki spam examples: spammed on es.wikipedia, spammed on fr.wikipedia, spammed on ru.wikipedia. Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Persistent spamming may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing anyone from linking to them from any site that uses the MediaWiki spam blacklist, which includes all of Wikimedia and Wikipedia.--Hu12 01:24, 8 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
