Military of Albania

Hi, could you please protect the article Military of Albania? Gon4z is at it again: misquoting his own sources, putting in POVs and calling me racist... Anyway: I continually keep an eye on his edits to spot his sometimes outrageous edits like: "a Orthodox crusade on the Muslims of Kosova" is his reason for an increased interest in Islam in Albania today. Users User:Sthenel, User:Bluewings, User:PANONIAN, User:Denizz and User:Reinoutr had problems with him lately, but noting on the scale of what User:MrMacMan or I experienced. However as said before I keep an eye on him and to avoid another edit war I suggest protecting the article Military of Albania. Thanks and best regards, noclador 11:18, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As you know User:Gon4z has an incredible history of vandalism, insulting other users, 3rr edit wars, lies, unsourced edits,… some of the former bans he got can be seen:

Now he is back and has stopped insulting other users; but I kept an eye on his edits and they were all unsourced, POV, disruptive, erroneous and/or plain lies. Some examples from the last hour (!):

[1] He left the changed sentence unfinished and has no sources for his edit.
[2] The source he gives has no information about the topic he writes about and every other editor disagrees with his edits- but he states that other editors additions are “vadalism”.
[3] He deleted 10 lines without sources-just stating that the other user’s additions are “vandalism”.
[4] He changed the number of Albanians killed from 10.000 to “tens of thousands” BUT that was after he inserted the number 10.000, which was after he had deleted the number of civilian deaths and before that the number of dead Albanians in the article was given as 4300.
[5] He removed a very well sourced data (4 sources!) with some of his unsourced numbers and inserted the following: “The war (in Kosovo) had a big influence in the growth of Islam as the world saw that as a Orthodox crusade on the Muslims of Kosova where the Serbian Orthodox people tried to expel all Albanians from Kosova, over 550,000 were forced out of Kosova and 20,000 were murdered, also the backing of the KLA by most Muslim countries and the 3,000 Mujahideen’s who volunteered to fight in Kosova helped widen Islam to the Albanian people.” The reason he gives for his edits is “Reverted vandalism”.
[6] With his edit the the number of Albanians in Turkey suddenly jumped from 50,000 to 5,000,000 people. This time his reason to inflate is a bit more colourful: “This stupid vandalism has to stop, I ahve sourced all of my edits…” but no source is given at all by him.
Furthermore he has returned to reedit his “Albania is ready for war with Greece or Yugoslavia” stance into the article Military of Albania…

In my opinion Gon4z’s only purpose is to disrupt the hard and good work of Wikipedia editors and to push a nationalistic Pro-Albanian stance. I haven’t seen one useful edit by him! I.e. the edits he made in the last days to Greek diaspora, Islam in Serbia, Montenegrins, Greeks, List of countries by the number of billionaires, Muslims by nationality, Religion in Albania and Islam in Austria were all reverted by other editors. I suggest banning him for a long period of time (weeks at minimum), as there are much more important things to do than to clean up behind Gon4z. noclador 01:16, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This morning he continued and made an extraordinary edits to Turkish Armed Forces and Turkish Army: doubling the military expenditures and giving as source the official site of the ALBANIAN Military: a site that doesn't even mention Turkey! and in good tradition he has once more reverted every other article to his version and calling all other edits "vandalism". I'am discussing all edits but your little friends who keep complaining like little kids do not discus but run to you for everything, I mean just look at their edits they come to every Albanian article and lower number and figures and other parts to vandalize articles, they edit articles with out a source and say that its OK because the article needs clean up but do not present no source and that is not cleaning up every edit I have made is sourced but they don’t even take the time to read it I have discuses but they do not wish to participate, I don’t run to you or any admins just because I disagree with some one like these two guys do, I present sources and facts they don’t they COME TO EVERY ALBANIAN ARTICLE AND EDIT NUMBERS JUST BECAUSE THEY FIND IT HARD TO COMPRAHEND THEM.Gon4z 20:05, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

He also has vandalized the Serbian Air Force articles by posting unsourced information and reverting any edits from other people who are trying to put sourced information in the article. He even has reverted minor spelling corrections too. He doesn't right with good english grammar, and I hope this user understands that he should be more careful and thoughtful when editing articles. Here is a comment he made on April 20th that explains his insistence to insert his "Orthodox people are on a Crusade against Muslims" stance. He is also deleting paragraphs he doesn't like from talk pages! and now a bit more of his insulting stuff [7], [8], [9], [10]

I have also noticed Gonz4's inappropriate actions here on Wikipedia, he does not source his claims and worse speaks of heavily biased subjects on very sensitive matters which cause offense to others. It is clear that Gonz4 is not mature enough to follow the rules of Wikipedia. I leave you to ponder and deal with this matter as best as you see fit I trust your judgment will be more than fair. That edit is fully soured with two links from world fact book it satates taht its spends 5.3% of its GDP which is 358.2 billion now do the maths 5.3% of 358,200,000,000 = 18.9... million which is pretty correct

Thanks for the advice. I disagree. The 3rr prohibits the reversion of a single editor's work. "A revert means undoing the actions of another editor" The Freepers are guilty of violation of the 3R by proxy. So far, Fredomaintfree (a Bryan sockpuppet) has reverted me [#1], I reverted him, he reverted me[#2], I reverted him, and then proxy RWR (second editor) reverted me[#3], I reverted him, then third editor reverted me[#4], I replied with new content.

No attempt by the freepers has been made to discuss changes. "When in doubt, do not revert; instead, engage in dispute resolution or ask for administrative assistance."

He is back and has new tricks see here i.e. stealing images, claiming them as his and then releasing them as PD... plus insults, edit warring, ... well we know it all. User:Noclador constant vandalizm

Prodego you have suspended me a couple of times now, unfairly might I add you seem to only look at one side, I really would like you too take a look at some of the vandalism User:Noclador has caused to nearly every single article that has to do with Albania or Albanians, BRDM-2, BTR-50, T-55, Type 59, Albanian Military, Albanian Army, Albanian Navy, Albanians he was been in violation of the 3RR rule is more than several occasions and I have not seen any action take against him, he removes sourced information like on the BTR-50 article he removed Albania from the operator section even though it had 3 sources for no reasons, he never uses the talk page to discus his edits, and he uses obsolete sources and even when he uses those he miss quotes them correctly like this one for example http://www.csees.net/?page=country_section&country_id=1&sec=8 it clearly states there are 373 tanks in service and yet his number is 79 I would really like to know where he got it from. He also has in some occasions changed my words in the talk page to make it seem like have attacked him so he can get be suspended, I don’t like to run to the admin for every little think like a little child runs to his teacher but User:Nocladordoes seem to, but I would really appreciate if you take look into him and see that I’am right and do something about him from editing those articles because he just seems to vandalize them, I would also like if you would open the Albanian military articles and let me fix them again as I did 3 months ago until he started to ruin them everything was sourced and well laid out, I would also appreciate it if you ban him from editing them again, because he surely will vandalize them again, for 6 months no one had problems with my edits but for some reason this guy wants a war with me, User:Noclador associate is User:MrMacMan but his more reasonable guy but he also has vandalized in the past a few articles. Yes I can do that but since you have seem to have at least some knowledge I though it would be a good idea to discus this with you since its you who has suspended me and its it you who has locked the articles I don’t blame you and neither I’am I mad you are just doing your Job but you have been miss informed in this dispute tens why you have taken their side, just hope you can help I will also rise the issue there as weal, thanx for that.Gon4z 01:07, 12 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
