Dr. Oleksander Tysovsky ([Олександер Тисовський] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help) alternately Oleksandr Tysowskyj), pseudonym: "Drot", was the the founder of the Ukrainian Scouting organization Plast in 1911, and adapted the universal Scout principles to the needs and interests of Ukrainian youth. He is buried at the famous Lychakivskiy Cemetery in Lviv.
