License plates

Hello. Regarding your recent uploads of the images of license plates, I have a few concerns. First, you have not specified the source of where these images came from. Second, you have not specified the license or copyright status of the images. See Wikipedia:Images and Wikipedia:Image copyright tags. Third, some of these pictures appear to be of plates that were actually issued (not samples). Have you considered that the owner of these plates might object to these personally identifying plates being visible online? How do you propose to deal with this? I am the owner of all the plates in question and I am the source of the photos. All the plates in question have been withdrawn from use and have been obtained legally. Spotteddogsdotorg 03:18, 24 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
