Gail Green is a character on the US post-apocalyptic drama Jericho. She was married to Johnston Green, the former mayor of Jericho,before his death, and is the mother of Eric and Jake. She is played by Pamela Reed.

Gail appears to know what Jake was during the five years he was absent from Jericho, but she has not told his father.

In "Walls of Jericho," Eric's wife, April, reminds Gail that she was once a nurse when she is forced to perform mouth to mouth resuscitation on Victor Miller, a man dying of radiation poisoning. Despite her nursing experience, Gail appears uneasy and reluctant to perform the mouth-to-mouth, perhaps because of Victor's condition.

In the season finale, her husband is killed by a gunshot wound to the chest. The widowed Gail is last seen with Johnston.
