UltraPin produced by Global VR, is the pinball version of UltraCade using a updated Visual Pinball engine with hardware DX 9 and Visual PinMAME. It is set up look like a real pinball game it even has a lock down bar and the power switch is in the same place as a real game. It has two LCD screens one for the black glass and dmd the other one is the play field. It uses Windows XP Embedded for its OS.

  • Additional game packs are targeted at $500 for three tables.

On June 4, 2007 Global VR announced that they will offer Ultrapin Video Pinball at a significantly lower price. Additionally, the base unit will include twelve (12) of the most highly recognizable pinball games ever developed as oppsed to six (6) previously.[1]

  • You must hook up a keyboard to get to the in game rom settings
  • Nudging settings are not per game at this time.
  • The coin door buttons at this time just add credits, change volume, and enter test / settings menu you then have to use the flipper buttons to use the menu.
  • The auto launch is buggy at times
  • Some games were starting to get switch errors
