BlueLithium is an online advertising network that uses variations of technologies to enable behavioral advertising. It was founded by industry pioneer Gurbaksh Chahal in January 2004. Currently, it is the largest privately held global ad network with offices across the USA and London, Paris and Minsk. BlueLithium today reaches 145 million unique users worldwide across a network of 1000 publishers. Customers include Fortune 500 clients such as General Motors, Ford, T-Mobile, and Verizon. BlueLithium's investors include lead investor WaldenVC and co-lead 3i.

On 4 September 2007, Yahoo! announced the acquisition of BlueLithium.[1]
